We are a small advisory firm that operates out of view of the market it serves. Our work is the firm's work — not a brochure for it.

Positioning

What kind of firm Privvy is.

Privvy is not a marketing agency, an outsourced sales team, or a coach. We are a revenue advisory: the partner founders engage when they need to design and operate the financial and commercial system behind a retained book of business.

We work with one founder at a time, on the strategy that does not get delegated and the execution that usually does — pricing, proposals, retention, and the leadership cadence that holds them.

Engagements are private by design. We do not publish client logos, we do not name founders without their permission, and the work that happens in the room stays in the room.

Geography

By appointment, anywhere.

Privvy operates remotely with select in-person work for diagnostic and design phases. Most of the firm's clients are in North America; we have served boutique agencies in Europe and the United Kingdom and welcome inquiries from either market.

We do not hold a public office. Meetings are by appointment, in-person at a venue of the founder's preference or, more often, in private working sessions over secure video.
